Energy healing sessions aid relaxation of the central nervous system which in turn can ease symptoms of dis-ease on many levels, including symptoms such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression. A gentle yet powerful treatment which harmonises the mental, emotional, physical and energetic aspects of self. Through the soul expression of the practitioner, Jacqueline, she is guided to deliver a personal centered session accessing modalities from several certified practices. This session is enriching on many levels. Relaxing, clearing and harmonising the aspects of the mind, body and soul to support release of symptoms of dis-ease. You will be welcomed into a safe and comfortable space where the treatment will be delivered. Begining by discussing any current issues arising and reviewing how youve been since the previous session. Removing your footwear and remaining fully clothed you will be invited to lay on the treatment couch and supported to get comfortable with blankets and extra cushions if required. By using certified modalities such as Reiki or Rahanni the practitioner brings you into a state of relaxation encouraging your systems to align to that frequency which will support you to release what no longer serves you. As your mind, body and soul, recalibtrates and hamonises to your most natural state of being you may experience sensations of deep relaxations, waves of energy, or see colours etc, some people do and others do not, both are normal. At the end of the treatment you will be grounded and once ready the session discussed and any guidance shared.
