PRE-CLEANSE
Day 1-7 A pre-cleanse that consists of eating a vegan/alkaline based diet from a Dr Sebi inspired food list.
Day 8-10 Consuming fruits and raw foods which can be eaten or blended or juiced and then a vegan meal between 5-7pm.
CLEANSE
Day 11-13 Juiced or blended fruit and Irish sea moss gel. The sea moss is very nutritious containing 92 of the 102 nutrients, minerals and vitamins we require in our body and i personally have never felt hungry or unsatisfied at this stage of the programme.
REINTRODUCTION OF FOOD
Day 14-16 The last 3 days is the reintroduction of foods from the food list. Gently introducing light foods as not to startle or cramp the systems.
As well as these three components, there will be some supplements to consume each AM and a tincture or a tea or herbal preparation to take last thing at night.
